He tirelessly called on all involved parties to invest in the qualifications of employees and created one of the most modern training systems in the world. The duality of theory and practice in education is primarily based on Steinbeis‘s thinking and work.The School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) leads the Graduate School of Leadership & Management at Steinbeis University.
